- Leads a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
- Discover ways to enhance team performances and set team goals
- Resource planning and providing ongoing support and escalation for the project managers
- Primary role and ownership is to meet the delivery timelines, cost and quality as committed in order
- Manage large projects which have captive third parties and bought out equipment’s
- Conduct regular project & risk reviews to make sure projects run as per schedule
- Project Management post sales order till successful Site Acceptance Test at customer site
- Interaction with customers, sales, technical sales, design, procurement and all stake holders for successful Project execution
- Change Management
- Risk Management
- Cost Control & MIS report to Management
- Monitoring and control scope, alteration and project progress tracking
- Arranging customer product and films for trials
- Driving the project from each milestone up to quality clearance.
- Monitor & co-ordinate with Customer & internal teams till the project closure & project handover to Customer (Site Acceptance)
