1) Initiate all direct sales efforts to optimize product line growth at the lowest possible sales costs. Maintain a balanced sales call plan to sell at the forecasted ratio.
2) Maintain good relationships with customers to assure satisfied and continued sales revenue growth within region including identifying new projects.
3) Ensure that the sales revenue and margin goals are achieved by working to develop final pricing on Packaging Machines business
4) Complete special projects and duties as assigned to enhance the market position of the company.
Based on successful product applications, help find comparable prospects with similar needs to expand company market share.
Continually monitor markets, market requirements and modification of existing product line in the development of new equipment to meet the changing market needs.
Submit written sales forecasts on a bi-weekly basis, as well as key lost order reports as required.
Meet or exceed annual sales quotas; Participate in quote review and opportunity strategy meetings.
Interface with sales, and customers to clarify specifications for order entry.
Coach & Develop Sales Engineer.
Cooperation with internal of company, but not limited to Center of Competence.
Follow company guidelines for expense control and operate within budget.
