In this role, you will generate sales and establish long-term partnerships with Pharma customers in the Italian market. You will represent Syntegon Pharma in the Italian market and will essentially contribute to market development and growth.
- You will conduct customer visits within the assigned region to generate leads and opportunities, while also participating in trade fairs and important pharmaceutical exhibitions, both regional and international.
- In order to contribute effectively in customer meetings and technical discussions with the plants, you will develop a good technical knowledge of our portfolio.
- Perform market analysis to define potential new customers and application areas, while monitoring market trends and competitors within the assigned region.
- Create sales strategies to achieve targets and profit goals as well as a development strategy in coordination with the assigned business units.
- Assure customer satisfaction which leads to repeat orders.
- Coordinate all activities between the client and the manufacturing sites.
- Prepare reports on all sales activities in a timely manner and maintain the CRM and project lists up to date.
