Your duties

Dentro de la estructura de Customer Service (CS), la misión principal será dar soporte a todos los Sites de Customer Service de Syntegon Telstar en la consolidación de las actividades de Customer Services, impulsando la excelencia operativa en su desarrollo y ejecución.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

  • Coordinar la comunicación y colaboración de los diferentes sites de Customer Service con los departamentos de Calidad, Ingeniería, Supply Chain y Project Management.

  • Impulsar y participar en proyectos de mejora y Operational Excellence en Customer Services.

  • Gestionar y coordinar la Telstar Academy, tanto en vertiente de formación teórica como práctica. Incluyendo planificación, soporte a formadores, contenidos, exámenes y bases de datos.

  • Preparar y gestionar planes de inducción para ingenieros y responsables de Customer Services en los distintos Sites.

  • Dar soporte a la gestión de los CS Sites: visitas, reuniones de seguimiento, encuestas de satisfacción y elaboración de KPIs y dashboards.

  • Gestionar la documentación de la Customer Services Global SharePoint y asegurar su correcta actualización.

  • Apoyar la digitalización del área, actuando como Key User en SAP Hana y SAP FSM y colaborando en su implantación y actualización en los diferentes sites.

  • Revisión de plantillas de cálculo de ofertas, así como creación y actualización de plantillas y formatos de documentos, así como su distribución a los CS Sites.

  • Actualización de listados de repuestos para mantenimiento preventivo.

Your profile

  • Actitud proactiva y resolutiva, con facilidad para el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración transversal.

  • Formación en Ingeniería Electrónica, o Electro mecánica o CFGS de instalaciones frigoríficas y/o formación adquirida en el desarrollo de su profesión habitual.

  • Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito, con soltura para comunicarse en entornos profesionales (la entrevista se realizará íntegramente en inglés).

  • Dominio de Microsoft 365, especialmente Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Power BI, orientado al análisis de datos y la elaboración de informes.
