Your duties

As a Technical Quotation & Sales Coordinator in our service department, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company:

You will independently process and coordinate simple assembly lines modernisation enquiries, prepare the associated quotations and, if necessary, provide technical clarifications.
You will prepare supplier enquiries based on existing data
You will also maintain the data for standard modernisations in the system
In addition, you will be committed to continuous improvements in the project planning of assembly lines modernisations.

Your profile

Your Profile

You have successfully completed your training, preferably in a technical field, ideally with further training as a technician/engineer or business economist (m/f/d)
You have relevant professional experience
Experience with contracts is an advantage but not a must.
You have technical understanding and reading technical documents (e.g. parts lists, circuit diagrams) is no problem for you
You have good Danish and English skills
Knowledge with Navision is an advantage but not a requirement.
You have a careful, structured and independent way of working
Your profile is rounded off by your organisational and coordination skills as well as your communicative and team-oriented nature
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and interest in the Pharma and MedTech sectors
