In this diverse role, you act as an interface between Syntegon, technicians and customers, achieving optimal results for all stakeholders thanks to your negotiation skills.
- In this responsible position you are accountable for fulfilling service agreements (cost, time, scope).
- You are the main contact for customers when planning maintenance operations.
- You initiate lessons learned sessions with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the product portfolio.
- Furthermore, you apply all common problem-solving methods in case of issues, ensuring an ideal solution for all stakeholders.
- Additionally, you manage service solution projects and are responsible for maintaining project-related data in ERP and CRM systems.
You have completed a technical basic education with corresponding further training or have a technical degree in mechanical engineering.
- You are well-versed in international project management and have experience in maintenance and/or service management.
- Knowledge in TPM and Six Sigma rounds off your profile.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills.
- You are used to being in contact with customers and are naturally a negotiation talent.
- Your very good Dutch and English skills and your professional demeanor help you in contact with the customer. Additional languages such as German, French and Italian are a plus.
