ボッシュの包装機械事業部であったボッシュパッケージングテクノロジーとして、50年に渡り医薬品および食品分野における技術を中心に事業を展開し、2020年1月からは、ヴァイブリンゲン（ドイツ）に本社をもつ企業、シンテゴンテクノロジーとして独立しました。

シンテゴンテクノロジーは、世界15か国以上で30を超える拠点を構え、医薬品向け検査技術においては、“Center of Competence” として当社日本法人がワールドワイドの開発をリードしています。

Your duties

医薬品や食品製造ラインにおける充填・滅菌など各種包装機の世界シェア最大級のメーカーであるシンテゴン社の日本法人にて、自社製品の新規据え付け及びアフターサービスにおけるフィールドサービス部署のマネジメント（管理職）を担当いただきます。
・顧客が真のメリットを認識し、Syntegonが最大の顧客ロイヤルティにより普及率を高めることができるように、積極的にフィールドサービスビジネスをコントロール、リードする。
・可能な限りローカル（日本国内）のフィールドサービスを拡張販売部門として活動させ、受注を増やす。
・ローカルのフィールドサービスの技術者の稼働率を高く保つ。
・技術スキル及びチームの資格を管理し、地域の顧客ニーズに対応したサービスを提供する
・ローカルのフィールドサービスを通じて、顧客への的確なコンサルティングや、顧客サイトで計画された時間内に案件をクローズするといった、機敏性と柔軟性に関してポジティブなイメージ（顧客満足度）を高め維持する。

Your profile

・高専もしくは大卒以上：工学系（機械、電気電子など）
・フィールドサービス/メンテナンス部門での管理職経験：5年以上
・機械製品の組み立てや据え付けなどのエンジニアリングに関する知識と実務経験
・顧客プロジェクトやフィールドサービスを実行するための複数年にわたる経験、サービスビジネスについての知識
・TOEICスコア 600 以上（ビジネスでの英語使用経験あるかた）
・国内出張が可能な方（顧客サイトへの訪問）

【勤務時間】
8:4517:30（休憩12:1513:00）所定労働時間8時間
フレックスタイム制度、在宅勤務制度あり

経験・能力を考慮のうえ処遇いたします。
