Position Summary
The Business Systems Analyst supports the Field Service Department through a unique blend of financial oversight and internal project management. This role focuses on analyzing departmental performance, improving operational efficiency, managing internal initiatives, and ensuring resources are aligned with business objectives. By combining financial insight with structured project management, the position drives both fiscal discipline and process improvements across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and report departmental KPIs such as FSE utilization, COGS variance, TNS and profitability. Partner with leadership to build annual budgets, forecasts, and performance scorecards.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tailored to field service operations; highlight trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate departmental projects such as process improvements with field service management and department incentives.
- Monitor and track internal project milestones, budgets, and resource usage; provide progress updates to leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and refine departmental workflows to ensure compliance with updated performance measures.
- Review field service reports and action opportunities for additional field service, parts and mods.
