In this exciting role, you will partner closely with the regional team to drive our service business in Malaysia and Indonesia. You will collaborate with technical experts and field service colleagues to deliver reliable, customer‑focused solutions across both markets. With regular interaction across countries and teams, you will help strengthen customer relationships and support the ongoing growth of our service operations in the region.
- Drive service sales across Malaysia and Indonesia, promoting spare parts, service solutions, and upgrade/modernisation offerings to meet defined sales targets.
- Manage the full commercial cycle, including quotation preparation, order clarification, TNS processes, and follow‑up on overdue receivables.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Field Service teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services, aligning after‑sales actions with new equipment sales teams.
- Coordinate and steer regional Agents by setting targets, monitoring performance, and defining corrective measures; take direct ownership in areas without Agents.
- Conduct market analysis to understand potential, and develop short‑ and long‑term product portfolio strategies accordingly.
- Lead monthly forecasting, pipeline management, customer complaint handling, and the overall resolution of service‑related issues.
- Build strong relationships through regular customer and Agent visits, technical and commercial discussions, and by offering service solutions in partnership with manufacturing sites.
