Senior Engineer/Engineer - Assembler (Mechanical / Electrical)

• Perform mechanical assembly of machine components, structures, frames, panels, and sub-assemblies per engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions — including pneumatic and hydraulic system installation (cylinders, valves, tubes, and fittings).
• Execute electrical wiring, cable routing, panel assembly, and component installation per electrical schematics and wiring diagrams (applicable to Electrical Assemblers).
• Conduct dimensional checks, fit verification, and visual inspections during assembly to ensure specification compliance; apply and record torque values as required.
• Identify and report discrepancies in drawings, BOMs, or material quality to the Line Manager or Quality team, and support corrective action.
• Maintain 5S standards across machines, components, and work areas; handle materials and tools with care, using proper lifting techniques and equipment for heavy items
• Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation including final assembly checks, machine cleaning, and presentation readiness
• Comply with all safety regulations (PPE, safe work practices, machine guarding); report hazards, malfunctions, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Participate in training programs and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in process, quality, and safety

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred for senior assembler roles
• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or electrical wiring in manufacturing or machine-building industries.
• Experience in assembling packaging machines, industrial equipment, or capital goods is preferred.
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and basic quality standards
