Your duties

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will take on a high‑impact role with global scope, influencing regulatory decisions, market access, and risk management across regions, as well as directly shaping Syntegon’s regulatory posture worldwide.

  • Lead the development and execution of regulatory strategies to ensure Syntegon remains fully compliant with applicable national and international laws, standards, and guidelines.
  • This includes compliance with current regulations and the proactive anticipation of forthcoming regulatory changes, ensuring Syntegon stays at the forefront of compliance and market access.
  • Map and analyze global target markets and translate findings into implications as well as concrete regulatory requirements, timelines, and implementation plans.
  • Establish and govern regulatory processes and organizational structures, standardizing procedures and tools across regions to ensure consistent, auditable, and efficient regulatory operations.
  • Support regulatory aspects of due diligence activities for transactions and partnerships, assessing product-, market-, and supplier-related regulatory risks, including social and human-rights aspects in the supply chain.
  • Interact with various stakeholder groups, such as the Legal department, external agencies, and regulatory authorities, to verify compliance and implement corrective actions.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, ideally with experience in regulatory, compliance, or management reporting.
  • Educational background in a relevant field such as Engineering, Law, or Sustainability, or an equivalent qualification; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Able to work effectively across different organizational levels, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to anticipate trends and synthesize cross‑functional insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and a structured, systematic approach to tasks complete your profile.
