At Syntegon Technology K.K. (Japan) we provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs, including sales of domestically manufactured and imported machines for the Japanese pharmaceutical and food markets, as well as packaging materials, validation, and comprehensive services. Our plant is located in Saitama (~50min train ride from Tokyo) with around 100 passionate colleagues.

Your duties

We are looking for a motivated Product Management Intern at Syntegon K.K. in Japan. You’ll help shape product strategies, support product launches, and gain insights into the pharma manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing reports and gathering information to bridge the communication between Engineering and Sales.
  • Support the creation of product presentations, marketing content, and other promotional materials.
  • Conduct market and competitive research on various topics to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to align on product strategies and ensure smooth execution.
  • Take on additional ad-hoc projects as needed to support.

Your profile

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor Business Administration or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations & improve Excel sheets
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong research and analytical skills to conduct market studies and interpret data
  • Previous experiences in product management as a plus
  • Language proficiency:
    • Proficiency in English Speaking, Reading, and Writing
    • Japanese language skills are not mandatory but considered as a big plus
  • Must be enrolled at a university or postgraduate school for the whole internship period, one year (From August 2025 to August 2026)
