What makes Syntegon special to you?
It's the collaboration. Many different people come together here, and we succeed in motivating everyone to work towards a common goal. The open work atmosphere and flexible processes allow everyone to take responsibility and actively contribute to the success of the company. I am convinced that it’s about the mindset and not about gender. Women bring valuable perspectives into leadership positions, and at Syntegon, women’s careers are actively supported. A good example of this is the women's network “Syntegonas,” which for me is a visible sign of this support.
How is this support visible in practice?
My own story illustrates this well. Since 2023, I have been working in the Service department at Syntegon and currently serve as the Workstream Leader for the Spare Parts Business as part of the Service Growth Initiative. However, my professional journey took me through various stages before I took on this role. In 2011, I began a dual study program in Business Administration at Bosch, which led me through different positions in operational and strategic procurement. When Bosch Packaging was sold in 2019, I took the brave step of leaving Bosch to help build the future IT procurement, playing a significant role in the carve-out process. I was entrusted with this task because they believed I had the right mindset. In 2023, I switched to the Service department and became Head of Service Pricing. Since mid-2024, I have been leading the Parts Workstream. My vision at Syntegon is clear: I´m excited to drive growth in Syntegon´s service business and collaborate with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions.
Join this team and work with me to help Syntegon grow!
