Your duties

In this role, you will be part of our global IT department and responsible for implementing and maintaining applications for AI chatbots as well as scalable web applications.

Support the implementation of a web application that provides AI services such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other machine learning–based capabilities.
Implement authentication and authorization workflows in accordance with company standards.
Operate our cloud-based Kubernetes platforms, primarily on AWS (EKS) and Azure (AKS).
Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates to deploy and maintain containerized applications and cloud services.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise knowledge management systems.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements, including third-party services and APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and updates.
Document solution architectures, integration patterns, and operational procedures.

Your profile

Completed a university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Hands-on experience with operating Kubernetes platform services such as EKS (AWS) or AKS (Azure).
At least 2–3 years of experience deploying, operating, and maintaining web applications in containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and user support.
Familiarity with core Kubernetes components such as ingress controllers.
Strong knowledge of data privacy and internal access control, while experience with LLM backends would be a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish language skills would be a plus.
Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
