Syntegon Technology is a leading global process and packaging technology provider. Around 5,800 colleagues in more than 15 countries work for the Syntegon Group on intelligent and sustainable technologies for the pharmaceutical and food industries.

At Syntegon Technology K.K. (Japan) we provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs, including sales of domestically manufactured and imported machines for the Japanese pharmaceutical and food markets, as well as packaging materials, validation, and comprehensive services. We are located in Tokyo (HQ), Osaka and Saitama (R&D and manufacturing) with around 200 passionate colleagues.

Your duties

戦略的購買及びプロジェクト購買のリード:
・コストセービング目標を達成するための1つ以上のパーツファミリーに対する責任を受け持つ。
・担当いただくパーツファミリーの購買戦略の立案と実施
・技術トレンドの導入を確実にする
・プロジェクト(顧客プロジェクト、新規開発、コストダウン)の購買量マネジメント
・予算、品質、時間の観点からのプロジェクト購買目標の達成
・必要に応じて、プロジェクトへのさらなる購買機能の関与と制御

 

Lead Strategic and Project Purchasing:
-Responsible for one or more part families to achieve cost-savings targets.
-Plan and implement purchasing strategy for part families
-Ensure adoption of technology trends
-Manage purchasing volume for projects (customer projects, new developments, cost reductions)
-Achieve project purchasing goals in terms of budget, quality and time
-Involve and control further purchasing function in projects as required

Your profile

必須の要件

・大卒以上、メーカー系企業における購買実務経験5年以上
・ERPシステムを使用した実務経験
・語学:英語(ビジネスレベル)

歓迎する要件

・プロジェクト管理スキル、ファシリテーションスキル
・グローバル企業でのパーツファミリー管理の経験
・マトリックス組織内でのファンクションリーダー経験
・交渉スキルと高度な購入方法(バンドル、オークションなど)の知識
・法的知識(購買契約)
・製品コスト計算の知識
・技術知識(材料、生産プロセス)
・工学系の学位

 


- University graduate or above, 5+ years of experience in purchasing at a manufacturing company
- Practical experience using ERP systems
- Language: Japanese and English (business level for both)


- Project management skills, facilitation skills
- Part family management experience in a global company
- Functional leader experience within a matrix organization
- Negotiation skills and knowledge of advanced purchasing methods (bundles, auctions, etc.)
- Legal knowledge (purchase contracts)
- Knowledge of product cost calculations
- Technical knowledge (materials, production processes)
- Engineering degree
