Summary
The Project Coordinator/Sales Support will function as a key member of the Pharma Solid (PHS) group by coordinating PHS import projects, supporting our customers, and collaborating on the stock machine strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project coordination of customer projects in the Americas Region from PO, FAT, SAT and warranty period.
- Support sales, process customer inquiries and RFQ’s in an efficient responsive manner.
- Proactively manage and continuously improve internal and cross-functional processes
- Provide enhanced customer service by determining and assisting customer needs while providing answers in a timely manner in order to reduce customer down time
- Coordinate assembly, testing, and shipment of equipment internally and with customers
- Assist in maintaining accurate databases and inventories
- Support sales and marketing team with coordinating PHS machines for tradeshows and events
