Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, South Korea, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.

We are expanding our Engineering team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced internal sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

Customer satisfaction is our key goal in our work.

Your duties

  • Procurement:
    1. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers. 
    2. Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements. 
    3. Managing the procure-to-pay process (requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, payment). 
    4. Developing and implementing procurement strategies. 
    5. Forecasting future demand for goods and services. 
    6. Collaborating with internal departments to meet their needs. 
    7. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contracts. 
    8. Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. 
  • Quality Management:
    1. Implementing quality control procedures and inspections. 
    2. Evaluating supplier quality and ensuring products meet standards. 
    3. Managing supplier quality assurance programs. 
    4. Identifying and addressing quality issues. 
    5. Contributing to continuous improvement of quality processes. 
    6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or related field
  • 3-5 years purchasing experience. Prefer experience in quality system.
  • Good communication both written and verbal in Thai / English
  • Microsoft office, ERP system, SAP is preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with Multiple tasks.
  • Basic technical understanding of machines and systems.
