In this role, you work closely with remote teams in a global environment. You are responsible for financial management and analysis, purchase order management, and IT cost control and optimization.
- Manage essential controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, year-end closing, accrual processes, and financial reporting in collaboration with your team.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights with tools such as Power BI or SAP.
- Manage the creation, validation, and monitoring of purchase orders in our purchasing tool.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and keep alignment with budgetary goals.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within IT operations, balancing efficiency with financial responsibility.
- Provide support in related fields such as License Management, Project Controlling, and more.
