The Director Service BU Food Vertical drives growth of our service business and ensures a customer centric service experience. This role leads Expert Service Centers (ESC) heads, collaborates with site managers, and develops training programs. Additionally, the Director Service promotes Service Level Agreements to the sales force. In addition to the above tasks, you are also responsible for:
- Drive double digit service growth with a focus on spare part packages, innovative modernizations and tailored service products.
- Develop and market a product modernization portfolio that brings customer value.
- Be the bridge between the service teams in the different BU Food Vertical sites, our Centers of Competence of the different technologies and the regional sales organization
- Utilize a consultative/value selling approach to offer Service Level Agreements with comprehensive commercial and technical expertise.
- Ensure that delivery performance consistently exceeds customer expectations.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support across business units and regions.
- Align processes, methods, and tools seamlessly across the BU and regions.
