Your duties

QMS: Maintain and update QMS ISO9001:2015 to ensure company wide compliance.
Audit Management : Prepare for and lead Internal and External Audits, including Supplier, Customer and Certification Audits.
Strategic Quality Leadership: Develop & Implement best practice quality visions, strategies, policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Inspection: Establish and oversee Inspection at various stages i.e. (Incoming, Inprocess and Final Inspection) to ensure precision and compliance.
Machinery Directives: Ensure product meets the safety standards as defined in the applicable directives
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions : Lead investigations into part and product defects, customer/assembly complains using 8D, six sigma, lean tools to ensure preventive actions
Development: Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis to ensure a proactive culture so that customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality possible.
Supplier Quality Management : Collaborate with Engineering & Procurement to monitor supplier performance to ensure incoming parts meet specifications.
Reporting & Data Analysis : Analyze Quality Metrics, report on Key Performance Indicators to Senior Management And manage Quality budgets.
Continuous Improvement: Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives (5S, Suggestion Scheme, Six Sigma) to reduce waste, improve efficiency and enhance product quality. Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team, foster a culture of quality, and conduct performance reviews
Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor and manage the Quality team setting clear objectives and performance standards
Should be in Engineering - role SPCO. QMM is only “checking” authority

Your profile

Bachelor of Engineering
With 20+ years of experience in quality management experience preferably Capital Machinery/ Packaging Machineries /associated Packaging Industry Like – Printers, Conveyors, Coders etc

Considerable and diverse demonstrable experience of leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership delivering effective quality strategies, policies, processes and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and technical understanding of machine building and product safety
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities
