Financial Closing & Reporting
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to the controlling function, including analysis
- Prepare financial reports and presentation for management
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast and provide clear explanations
- Prepare, present, and explain financial report insights and reports to management
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts based on business trends and assumptions
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities
Cost Controlling & Performance Analysis
- Monitor actual costs by analyzing variances between actual, standard, and budgeted costs
- Prepare cost center and cost controlling reports to track performance
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and year-end physical inventory processes
Compliance & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on costing and financial control matters
- Maintain and prepare transfer pricing documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct the internal control process
