- Develop, drive and implement change and transformation communication strategies aligned with Syntegon’s strategic priorities.
- Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, meaningful content and actions for diverse internal audiences.
- Act as a sparring partner to executives and transformation leads, helping shape key messages and communication moments.
- Identify communication needs and opportunities across the organization, and tailor communication formats accordingly (townhalls, toolkits, video, infographics, etc.).
- Support leaders and managers in their role as communicators and cultural multipliers.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure a consistent change journey for employees.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and data.

At our headquarters in Waiblingen, we develop, produce, and distribute solutions for both the pharmaceutical and food industries. In the pharmaceutical sector, our focus is on technologies for processing oral solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules. For the food industry, our portfolio includes packaging solutions for dry food products like coffee and flour.
Your duties
Your profile
- Several years of experience in corporate or internal communication, ideally in the context of transformation or change programs.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and content development skills – from big-picture narrative to concrete tools.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across levels and functions.
- Confidence in working with senior leaders and acting as a coach or challenger where needed.
- High level of resilience and flexibility; you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
- Degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field is a plus.
